Despite the pandemic, two thirds of U.S. adults still do not have a will. It’s an appropriate time to cite such statistics because August is National Make-A-Will Month. In 2021, Caring.com and YouGov partnered to survey Americans about estate planning. The survey results reported that “more people are saying they ‘don’t know how to get one’ when asked why they do not have a will.”
